Suggested Use: 1 to 2 tablets as desired 30 to 60 minutes before going to sleep. Do not exceed directed use.
Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silica, and magnesium stearate.

Do not take with alcoholic beverages or when operating machinery or driving a vehicle.
